About Scott
Graduated with an Honours Science degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelors of Education from the University of Nipissing. I am a certified middle and high school teacher with an extensive background in all Science Fields.

My teaching philosophy focuses on student success through an innovative, safe and
inclusive learning environment. Student success will be promoted through self-motivation, creativity and resiliency thus are preparing them for the fast-paced, ever-changing world. As a scientist I
strive to promote Science to all my students and am devoted to providing memorable
experience that hopefully will lead my students into a career within science. Coupled with
this, I have a strong foundation in technology, which I believe is a great tool not only for
delivering a lesson but also for student-centred learning. My belief is that the future of
education is fundamentally tied to technology. Through my skills and experience I plan to
facilitate student achievement both academically and socially.
