About Kelsey
I am an OCT elementary school teacher with the Limestone District School Board. I completed my BA in child and Youth Studies at Brock University, and then went on to complete my Bachelor of Education at Lakehead University. I am currently studying for a Master's in Education at Queens University, with a research focus in supporting children with learning disabilities in Ontario Public Schools.
I have been working in the public education system for the past 2 years as a teacher, but have been working as a tutor/student teacher in school boards since 2016. I am passionate about supporting students in building their academic skills and confidence.
I have extensive experience working with children and youth with complex learning disabilities, through 8 years of working in residential treatment programs for kids struggling with learning challenges.

I work with students ages 4 - 14 and can customize lesson plans to meet the goals of each students. As well, I am passionate and qualified to work with students with learning disabilities/challenges.
