We prioritize reading tabs while building your ability to solo with confidence. My 13 years of study ensure that you learn the fretboard thoroughly. You will find that my approach to improvisation is grounded in the fundamentals of theory. I look forward to seeing how your technique improves.

Teaching guitar requires a steady hand and a clear eye for detail. My 13 years of experience allow me to identify the specific hurdles that adults and returning learners face. Having earned a Bachelor of Music from The Glenn Gould School, I view the guitar through the same lens of excellence as my violin training. It is common for hobbyists to get stuck on barre chords without understanding the underlying music theory.
Self-taught players often have gaps in their knowledge that I enjoy filling through systematic review. I have mentored 145 students by applying the same pedagogical standards I use as an RCM examiner. Whether you are focusing on improvisation or electric technique, my approach remains consistent.
You will find that my lessons are expressive and rooted in a deep understanding of fretboard mechanics. I simply aim to make the process of improvement clear.
