About Sukhi
I'm Sukhi, a mindful English communication coach and my approach has evolved after listening to hundreds of high-level English speakers. I found that despite a high level of English, many people still experience fear & anxiety, so I bridge the gap between English teacher and communication coach. I treat you as a holistic being and I recognise that communicating in any language is a whole-body process. It's a skill. I've become qualified in mindfulness, yoga & meditation, and I'm currently becoming trained in breathwork - this all very much integrated into my work as an English coach.

I recognise that when entering communicative settings in your non-main language, it is more than just language that helps you show up confidently. This is why my approach focuses on communication, from speaking fluently and freely to specific soft skills tailored to 2nd+ English speakers. Integrated into my sessions are practices that recognise communication as a whole-body process, including thought management, breathing techniques, grounding techniques, and reflective journalling. Communicating in English isn't just about knowledge of language. It's also about how to manage tricky and challenging moments. These sessions are online on Zoom, and are on a 1 to 1 basis. The length of sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and are for adults, particularly in professional settings.
