About Muhammad Rayhan Khayru

Hello! I'm Rayhan, a 3rd-semester university student in Beppu, Japan, and mathematics has been my second nature since childhood. I scored 780/800 on the SAT Math and completed the Kumon program up to Level O—proof that I understand math systematically from the very basics to advanced topics.

I specialize in helping students following international curricula, including Cambridge IGCSE (0580), Edexcel/AQA A-Level, IB Diploma (Analysis & Approaches / Applications & Interpretation), SAT Math, and AP Calculus (AB/BC). I also have solid experience guiding Indonesian students to successfully pass the UTBK/SNBT entrance exams for top universities such as ITB, UI, and UNAIR.

My teaching style is relaxed but focused. I don't believe in rote memorization. Every step I teach comes with a logical explanation: "Why is this method faster?" or "Why does this formula work?"—so you truly understand the concept, not just memorize the answer. I prefer working through real exam-style problems rather than lengthy theoretical lectures.

I always check in during the session: "Are you following? Too fast? Comfortable?" to make sure the pace is perfect for you. I teach 100% in either English or Indonesian—your choice.

About the lesson

Cambridge IGCSE (0580) exam preparation
A-Level (Edexcel / Cambridge / AQA) preparation
IB Diploma (Analysis & Approaches / Applications & Interpretation)
SAT Math and AP Calculus (AB/BC)

2. Indonesian National Curriculum Students:
UTBK/SNBT preparation for university entrance (especially ITB, UI, UNAIR)
OSN (National Science Olympiad) and other math competitions
Daily tests, midterms, final exams, and regular school material (SMP/SMA)

All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. The lessons are 100% flexible with no fixed curriculum—we focus only on the topics you find most difficult. Every session is tailored to your specific needs on that day.

Time Zone Note: I am based in Japan (JST / GMT+9), but I am highly flexible and can easily adjust lesson schedules to match students in Indonesia or other countries—whether morning, afternoon, or evening. So don't worry about the time difference at all!
