In my tutoring, I always make sure my approach is consistent with the student's individual needs, making sure that what we work on is going to help and is supporting students.
The student is always the focus, and I am always willing to listen to the student's voice and adapt sessions based on what teaching methods work best.
I am extremely passionate to ensure that students are happy and feel more confident on a topic/concept by the end of the session in comparison to the start. If I feel as if after the hour session, the student still is unsure, I am always happy to extend the session to ensure the student takes something away with them at no additional cost.

Hello!
I am a current undergraduate studying Geography at University of Oxford.
I have been teaching and tutoring Maths and English for 5-17 year olds for the last 5 years and have gained valuable teaching experience which I apply to sessions.
Achieving A*A*AA at A-Level and 12 A*s and 4 As at GCSE, I am extremely strong academically. I am predicted a First Class honours in my degree.
I can tutor individual subjects or for the Oxford admissions process.
With this, I have been recognised by colleagues and parents for my polite, friendly and understanding teaching style and I always adapt the style of my sessions based on what is most effective for the student. I seek to truly understand the student's learning style to ensure sessions are as effective as possible.
I have taught students at all levels, and my results have been extraordinary with students going up more than 3 grades following their hard work and changes to their learning approach following my guidance and tutoring.
All of my weekly sessions are online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, but if you are in the Gloucestershire area, in-person sessions are also available. Sessions are usually 1 hour long, but this can be altered to suit any individual needs.
I tutor Maths and English Language to GCSE level, and Geography, Economics and English Literature at GCSE, AS and A2 level. I can also provide tutoring for the Extended Project Qualification and can review personal statements for university applications.
I can also tutor in Maths at KS2 and KS3 level.
