About Mellinda

Hello! My name is Melinda, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in accounting. I graduated from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics.

My passion for teaching began early, as I worked as a tutor throughout both high school and university, helping fellow students understand challenging concepts and achieve their academic goals. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

In addition to my academic background, I am a real estate business owner and a proud mother of three wonderful children. I understand that every student learns differently, which is why I tailor my lessons to each individual's needs, learning style, and pace.

I believe accounting doesn't have to be intimidating. My goal is to simplify complex concepts, connect classroom learning to real-world applications, and help students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Whether you're preparing for an exam, struggling with a specific topic, or looking to strengthen your understanding of accounting, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
