About Katherine
I have a degree in Children's Studies,as well as my Bachelor of Education from York University in Toronto. I have taught and volunteered in classrooms from kindergarten to grade 6. I have also spent about 6 years tutoring students with homework or test prep after school. Outside of teaching in a school environment, I have spent the past 5 years training and developing adults in the retail world. I understand the busy schedule of a student and can work around extra curricular activities to ensure that the student is getting the attention and focus they need with the subject matter they are struggling with.

I am dedicated to ensuring that I am supporting the student in the work they are struggling with and patient enough to find ways in which subject matter makes sense.
