About Luke

My name is Luke Stokoe. I have professional playing experience in football across three different continents including countries such as Poland, Spain, Finland, America and Cambodia. With this I also have over 7 years coaching experience at all levels from grassroots and schools to professional academies. Sessions are run through years of experience and refinement that helped myself reach the professional level from Sunday league. During this time I have built up a wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition and strength and conditioning for my own personal career as well as coaching others and the degree and qualifications I have got. I’m also a FA level 2 qualified football coach with first class in sports coaching Bachelor degree as well as being a certified nutritionist. This allows me to have valuable knowledge in a broad range of components needed for athletes to progress. For my sessions or plans will be specific for the individual, tailored specifically to the needs and the abilities of the person. Each session will look closely at mastering the basics while including fun and competitive challenges throughout. However, I also offer personalised nutrition and strength and conditioning plans. This will involve a 4 to 6 week plan. I will first look at the personal needs of the individual through a Zoom meeting and then progress into making the specific plan.

About the lesson

Each session is tailored specifically to the needs and the abilities of the child. Each session will look closely at mastering the basics while including fun and competitive challenges throughout. Sessions are run through years of experience and refinement that helped myself reach the professional level from Sunday league.
