About Megumi
I graduated Oxford with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics - and love to teach!
I have taught students with a wide range of abilities and ages, from the age of 7 to adults. I really enjoy teaching, and would be best suited to a student who loves to learn, even if they may be a little weaker academically than their peers. I aim to make learning engaging and enjoyable, just as many of my teachers did for me.
On this platform so far I have taught English to adults, A Level Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and I also cover the National Curriculum across all subjects for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

I go at your pace - we can start easy and gradually build confidence, or launch right into the deep end if you want to cover a module in a short space of time!
I'm great at exam prep, and most of my long-term students have moved up two grade boundaries at GCSE / A level from their predicted grades.
I'm also a "one-stop shop" for primary teaching - so if you're looking to improve overall academic performance, we can set up a curriculum that works for you rather than having separate teachers for each subject!
