A class with me usually follows this plan:
1. Conversation Practice: I take note of the words and expressions you struggle with and we will have a conversation on these topics using these same words.
2. Homework Checking
3. Grammar and Vocabulary Practice: I give you games and exercises on new words and grammatical patterns.
4. Discussion: We will use this time to discuss your habits when you speak, your common errors, the nuances of your speech and even the culture in English-speaking countries.
5. Homework: The homework will be custom-made. Depending on your needs and your goals, I can ask you to write simple essays (for those who need to improve their grammar) or even prepare presentations for our next class (for those who need to practice speaking).
After every class, I will always send notes to review, which include new words, common errors, explanations and tasks to do.
The only way to learn a language is through constant practice, but language learning should never be boring!
