About Khaled
I am a BE Civil Engineer and currently studying Architecture. I have spent an innumerable amount of time tutoring friends, family members and strangers in math, physics and chemistry . Consequently, I now wish to take my passion for teaching and helping students understand and appreciate these fields to a professional level.

My methodology varies per individual: Initially, I engage in conversation with the student with the purpose of understanding their knowledge, strengths and weaknesses on the topic of discussion. Then, based upon the provided information, I formulate sequential and gradual lessons to help them start from what they know towards what they wish to know.
My experience as a tutor started off with my family: I taught my siblings mathematics varying from middle-school to university levels. In doing so, I realized I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping others learn--especially at a subject feared by many either due to its difficulty or the lack of passion from their instructor. Consequently, I started tutoring friends, then through friends, strangers. Now I wish to take this experience from just a hobby to a profession.
My belief in learning (in general) is that there is no such thing as a "stupid" person--only a bad tutor. I see this trend prevalent in public education full of teachers qualified in the knowledge of the subject their teaching, but not in how to communicate it. Thus, leaving majority of students uninterested or feeling that the topic they're learning is too difficult. Yes, a student may make mistakes and fumble in the process of learning, but that itself IS learning. And my hope is that I can provide a learning experience for students willing to learn in such a manner that they won't feel "stupid" but excited to learn.

Khaled is patient and comprehensive he will not rush you until you’re comfortable with the subject and he explains really well and adjust his way of talking to be sure that you understand everything
Khaled is a good teacher where in his hometown he used while doing his bachelors studies in civil engineering giving tutoring lessons in mathematics to many children. I recommend him as a math tutor.
Math comes to Khaled naturally. Whether you like your answers in the shortest way possible or in a more elaborative way, Khaled can do it all. Not only he is excellent at math, but he is also passionate about teaching and communicating with others. Khaled would assess one's math skills and see where they're at and then from here he would try to individualize a plan to help them. He does this because he is empathic towards people as he knows not everyone has the same skills in math. I remember Khaled doing this for me for a math course at MTC. I wasn't good at math and Khaled first assessed what my capabilities are and then he came up with an individual plan to help me excel in this course. He is very precise and can also be elaborative if required.
