I am passionate about martial arts, movement, and teaching. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to training and helping others discover their potential through discipline, confidence, and physical expression. As a teacher, I bring patience, motivation, and practical experience to every class. My goal is to guide students not only to improve their skills but also to build focus, self-control, and a strong mindset.

About the lesson

I will see exactly what you need, if you need motivation, I know how to get you moving. If you want to train or fight at high intensity, I’ll guide you step by step. If you want to start Parkour, I can teach you from beginner basics to advanced techniques, for both kids and adults. For me, just one park in Montreal is all we need to make it happen.
