About Bharath
I am medical doctor (from India) , with a Masters in Biomedical Engg. and Ph.D. in Physiology (U of Sask, Canada). I was research fellow for many years (Respiratory Med. RUH, Saskatoon) and a professor of health science/kinesiology subjects at U of Regina.

My background training in Clinical Medicine enables me to be avidly engaged in the field of Health Sciences (e.g. Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Rehabilitation). I have a natural aptitude to teach which I enjoy doing, and had been involved in teaching in the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan for many years. During my tenure with the University of Regina, I had developed and taught many health science classes such as anatomy, human physiology and introductory patho-physiology to hundreds of undergraduate students from a variety of disciplines (Kinesiology, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Nursing, Pre-Physical therapy and Science majors). I have also had an opportunity to teach respiratory patho-physiology, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, anatomy of movement and injuries to individual graduate students. I have received excellent feedback about my teaching and communication techniques from my students as well as good teaching evaluations from both students and peer-reviewers.
