As a tutor, I take a patient, structured, and individualized approach to teaching. I use evidence-based strategies, including direct instruction, guided practice, visual supports, and real-world examples to help students grasp key concepts in math, reading, and writing. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by targeted instruction aligned to the student’s goals, and ends with guided and independent practice to reinforce learning. My sessions are designed for K–8 students, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, or who simply need extra academic support. What sets me apart is my ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps while creating a positive, supportive environment that builds confidence and helps each student feel successful.
