About Raquib
I am both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an accomplished instructor. My teaching experience includes 10 years teaching Army Reservists, 4 years of homeschooling my children and 1 year of teaching 8th grade math after separating from the active Army. My specialty is teaching math with memory games and relatable examples.

My teaching approach is traditional. Repetition is how we learn. To deepen understanding, I incorporate practice based on relatable examples and sequential questioning, based on Bloom's Taxonomy, to move beyond memorization. I proceed with the ultimate goal of enabling my students to learn a method or formula so well that they can teach it themselves.
