A typical lesson begins with a warm-up and a review of previously learned skills before introducing new techniques. Depending on your level, we focus on water confidence, floating, breathing, kicking, stroke development, body position, coordination, endurance, and water safety. As your skills improve, we incorporate drills, technique refinement, and practical swimming exercises that help you become more efficient and comfortable in the water. Every lesson ends with constructive feedback, progress review, and clear goals for the next session.
