About Madelynne

I’m Madelynne Cornish, an Accredited Practitioner Coach based in Victoria, Australia.

I offer Personal Exploration Coaching for women who are moving through change, questioning what they want, or beginning to sense that something in their life no longer fits in the way it once did.

You may be navigating a life transition, reconsidering a part of your life, feeling overwhelmed, reconnecting with something that once mattered to you, or simply wondering what you want next.

I trained with Noble Manhattan Coaching and my approach is client-centred, grounded in curiosity, careful listening and thoughtful questioning.

My own interest in coaching grew from a longstanding curiosity about people—how we change, the assumptions we carry about ourselves, the choices we make and what becomes possible when we give ourselves space to explore.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am an audiovisual artist, facilitator and mentor. Across these different parts of my professional life, listening, curiosity and exploration have remained important threads.

There is no final version of us. Our lives continue to evolve, and there are always more possibilities to explore.

About the lesson

You don't need to arrive at a coaching session knowing exactly what you want or having everything figured out.

You may have a particular question you want to explore, a decision you're considering, something that keeps returning to your thoughts, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right anymore. Curiosity is enough.

Each session begins with what matters to you that day. Through conversation, careful listening and thoughtful questions, you'll have space to think out loud, explore what you are noticing and become more aware of what may be shaping your thinking.

You may see something differently, discover a possibility you hadn't considered or leave with greater clarity about what feels true for you and what you want next.

What you take from the conversation is yours: your awareness, your choices and your next steps.

Sessions are 60 minutes and are generally held fortnightly, giving you time between our conversations to notice what unfolds, try things and reflect on what you discover. I work with clients over a minimum of four sessions, allowing the exploration to continue and develop over time.

Personal Exploration Coaching is for adult women in Australia and internationally.
