About Satisfied
Darla, a native of Vancouver, British Columbia, now residing in Peterborough Ontario, has the privilege of inspiring and mentoring hundreds of people, individually and in group settings, through major and minor life stresses. For over a decade She has guided others to identify and apply the skills necessary to overcome debilitating behaviors leading to addiction, depression, and ultimately soul defeat.
Darla is level II Usui Reiki practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and qualifies to register with Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

My teaching methods are strength based and work with the clients direction. Having personal experience with my own soul satisfaction, I have found Facilitator methodology works best. As a facilitator I promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.
