About Megan
I’m Megan, a trainee teacher with a genuine passion for education and geography. Outside the classroom, I love surfing and spending time outdoors, which strongly influences my enthusiasm for the subject. I’ve had the opportunity to teach overseas, including in a school in Ghana and at a summer camp in Australia. These experiences have helped me develop adaptability, cultural awareness, and a supportive, student-centred approach to learning.

I am a PGCE Secondary Geography trainee and current classroom teacher in a UK secondary school. I offer structured, supportive 60-minute lessons for KS3, GCSE, and A level students. I have two years’ tutoring experience alongside in-school teaching experience, including supporting SEND learners.
I hold a first-class degree in Geography and a Master’s in Politics, and I am up to date with the latest exam techniques and pedagogy. My lessons focus on developing strong content knowledge, geographical skills, and confidence, helping students reach their full academic potential.
