About Reetu

Hello, I am **Reetu**, a passionate and dedicated Commerce educator with a strong academic background and a deep interest in teaching and mentoring students. I am currently pursuing a **PhD in Marketing Management** and have completed my **M.Com and B.Com with good academic performance**. My educational journey has given me a strong foundation in commerce, management, marketing, and related subjects, and I enjoy sharing this knowledge with students in a simple and practical way.

Teaching, for me, is not just about completing a syllabus; it is about helping students understand concepts clearly, develop confidence in the subject, and achieve their academic goals. I believe that every student has a different learning style, so I try to make my teaching approach flexible, supportive, and easy to follow. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, discussing doubts, and improving their understanding step by step.

I can teach a wide range of commerce and management subjects including **Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Banking, Consumer Behavior, Research Methodology, and other commerce-related subjects**. I am comfortable teaching **Class 11 and 12 Commerce, B.Com, and M.Com students**, and I can also support learners with assignments, project work, presentations, and exam preparation.

As someone engaged in higher studies and research, I bring both academic seriousness and practical understanding to my classes. My goal is to make learning meaningful, engaging, and result-oriented, while helping students build both strong concepts and confidence in themselves.

About the lesson

My classes are designed to make commerce and management subjects simple, practical, and easy to understand. As a teacher, I focus on building strong conceptual clarity rather than only encouraging rote learning. I believe that once the basics are clear, students become more confident in solving numerical problems, writing theory answers, and applying concepts in examinations as well as in real-life business situations.

My teaching approach is interactive, student-friendly, and tailored to the learner’s level of understanding. I first assess the student’s current knowledge, strengths, and areas where support is needed. Based on that, I plan the sessions in a structured way so that the student can gradually improve both subject understanding and academic performance. I explain concepts in a simple manner with relevant examples, illustrations, and where required, step-by-step problem solving.

The usual structure of my class includes a quick revision of the previous topic, explanation of the new concept, examples or practical applications, practice questions, and doubt-solving. For numerical and accounting-based subjects, I provide stepwise solutions and regular practice. For theory-based subjects such as Business Studies, Marketing, Management, Consumer Behaviour, or Research Methodology, I focus on concept explanation, answer-writing guidance, and linking the topic with practical business examples. I also help students with assignments, presentations, project work, and exam preparation strategies.

My special feature as a teacher is that I combine academic knowledge with a research-oriented perspective, as I am pursuing a PhD in Marketing Management. This helps me explain not only textbook concepts but also their practical relevance in business, consumer behaviour, marketing, and management. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely and develop confidence in the subject.

My classes are intended for **Class 11 and 12 Commerce students, B.Com and M.Com students, and learners who need support in commerce, management, and related subjects**. I can also guide students who need help with university assignments, research-related topics, project work, and examination preparation.
