Methodology

I base my English teaching on the interests of the student. Learning a language in the context of something that you are passionate about is the best way to learn. For physical activity, I base my challenges and learning activities on the interests of the student. Whether its ball drills, coordination, muscle workouts or cardio workouts, I will be presenting new and interesting content to make you enjoy moving!
