Student-centred approach tailoring the topic, depth and instruction based on the student's specific needs. I promote and provide an interactive environment to allow the student to maximize their learning and ensure mastery of the subject matter by the student. I will provide adaptive feedback to each student using traditional (multiple choice, open-ended questions) tailored specifically to the student to address any weakness and focus on gaps in knowledge that may need attention. I am here to offer my expertise in a positive learning environment with students that are struggling/overwhelmed or those that simply want to expand their knowledge base.
