Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I combine structured guidance with interactive learning. For group sessions, I foster collaborative problem-solving and peer discussion, while 1-on-1 sessions receive laser-focused individual attention. I use real-world analogies, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques to break down complex concepts in math and physics.
Typical Lesson Plan (Available for 1-hour or extended 2-hour blocks):
• Warm-up (5–10 min): Quick review or quiz on the previous topic.
• Main Topic (30–40 min / 1 hour for extended blocks): Guided explanation, example problems, and interactive discussion.
• Practice & Feedback (15–20 min): Student-led or group collaborative problem-solving with tailored feedback.
• Wrap-up (5 min): Summary of key points and a preview of the next session.
Small Group & Paired Tutoring:
Learning with a peer is a great way to stay motivated and share costs. I welcome small study groups (2 to 3 students taking the same class or grade level) where we tackle homework and exam prep together with targeted support.
