About Andrew
I am a student taking Mathematical Physics at Queen's University in Kingston. Throughout high school and university, I have been top of my first-year class in math and physics and finished with a 100% in first-year Calculus. I have a passion for teaching others, and, so, have gotten some natural tutoring experience helping my friends and family.

I'm a big believer in getting students to develop an intuition for the material and showing where the ideas come from, then helping them understand how to actually do work. Visual aids seem to really help a student form that intuition. So, I use them when I can. Another teaching strategy I like is approaching an explanation from as many different perspectives as I can, to find one that works well with the student.
