About Lexie
PE and biology were always my favourite subjects throughout school, and after furthering my knowledge through a degree and experience working as a physio I am keen to help other students achieve their goals gain a better understanding of how amazing the human body is. I have seen first hand how many amazing opportunities PE and biology can open up for students, and I hope I can help others to experience these opportunities too.

Within my career as a physio I educate patients about their conditions and contributing anatomy and biomechanics, meaning I have lots of experience teaching others about their body and how it responds to movements and exercise. Within my degree we were taught to adapt teaching and education approaches to help people understand in their own way, while also trying to keep it fun and engaging.
