I use the RCM syllabus for the basis of my lessons. It progresses at a good pace for most students.
If you are more into playing pop for fun, we can do that too! Again, RCM has a great pop selections list for piano that I suggest working from once we get to that level.
Guitar classes always start out with note reading to help you learn the fret board. We can progress from there into songs that you want to learn how to play. I'm pretty easy going on material as long as we are progressing and learning.
I have 14 years of experience teaching Piano, Clarinet, Saxophone and Guitar. I hold a B.F.A in Music Performance. Theory is taught with every lesson.
Prepare for RCM exams, auditions, festivals or just for fun.
