About Fin
I have over 8 years of experience teaching piano to college students and enjoy helping learners grow with confidence and creativity. My teaching style is student-centered and flexible, allowing me to adjust lessons based on each student’s goals, strengths, and learning pace. I focus on building a strong foundation in piano technique, sight-reading, rhythm, and music theory while keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
I use innovative methods such as improvisation exercises, composition projects, and blending classical pieces with modern music to make learning exciting. I also help students build performance confidence and expressive skills so they can connect emotionally with the music they play.
My goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity, improve steadily, and develop a lifelong love for piano and music.

My violin lessons are ideal for students seeking to refine their technique and precision. With a Master’s degree and over 8 years of teaching experience, I emphasize clarity, control, and efficient movement. Lessons begin with an assessment of current playing habits. I address posture, bow distribution, and left-hand coordination in detail.
Each student receives customized exercises for finger agility and tone consistency. We focus on smooth shifting, accurate intonation, and balanced bow strokes. Scales, arpeggios, and etudes form the technical foundation of each lesson. I explain biomechanics and ergonomic efficiency to prevent tension. Students record progress to track subtle improvements over time. Lessons also include rhythm precision and dynamic variation.
My approach builds strength and confidence gradually. Intermediate players learn advanced bowing styles like spiccato, sautillé, and martelé. Beginners develop strong fundamentals for lifelong technique.
I emphasize quality over speed, patience over pressure. The result is effortless, fluid violin playing with professional-level control. Every small technical correction leads to major musical breakthroughs. My goal is to help you play smarter, freer, and more beautifully with every bow stroke.
