I am 34 years of age and the amount of things that I've been through no one could ever imagine.. So my exsprerance is what I have cause again to me i call it live and proof .. I worked at an old age home and I did recreation for 7 years at the oak wood park lodge so I would take elderly ppl out so they could get great exercise and it helps most of the elderly release a lot of there stress and mostly there stress is being In an old age home.. they think there family's have put them there and have forgotten all about them... or they put them there so they won't be in there way.. but most of us know it's not true but again that's why I was there to help them get through that.. also to keep there health and minds off of all that stressful thinking in there minds.. it is great to help others and be there for others and that's always a good thing to have as a resort in our lives to have someone there for u and that's what's most important to us.. a lot of ppl don't get the proper help cause they don't either want it or do they trust others and also there's not many of ppl out there as a source to help others and that's why they need ppl such as myself to help them and encourage them that I'm there for them and that I won t let them down and that everyth is confedental meaning what we talk about is private between me and the clients and that's what's mostly important to them.. all my years I've seen a lot of ppl kill them selfs cause they don't know any other way to deal with the stress they have and that is great that they get the help they need from someone such as myself cause in my profession I could save a lot of lives and help others deal with there stress and I think it's great cause our lives are very important to us to have..

About the lesson

There are many ways to deal with stress and I find that talking to someone and doing activities is a very good way to deal with stress and also explaining to others depending on what there stress is would be a ways to help them cope with it so meaning finding out what they like to do basically finding out what makes them feel better and find out what makes them happy and things they like to do to get the stress to go away so basically ways to deal with the stress.. and as I said there are many ways to deal with it as long as that person is wanting the help and is serous about wanting the stress to go away.. that's my out come of dealing with stress.... but there are many ways to deal with it depending on what the stress is...
