About Lyuda
As a professional dance and flexibility coach with years of experience both offline and online, I bring a supportive and inspiring atmosphere to every session. I specialize in pole dance, exotic flow, and deep stretching techniques for back and splits. My classes are adapted to every level — from complete beginners to advanced students. I’m also the founder and owner of my own dance studio, which gives me a deep understanding of what clients truly need — whether they come for self-expression, confidence, body transformation, or emotional release. I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. I’ve helped many women discover their inner strength, sensuality, and body awareness through movement.
