About Julia

I've taught Brazilian Portuguese to a Parisian last year during my vacations. I gave English classes with which a student was able to have a score of 62 on TOEFFL, another one went to the United States with an exchange. I was also an English tutor for some of my colleagues during high school.

About the lesson

Brazilian, young, dynamic and currently student of Political Sciences in Lyon, I offer courses of Portuguese and Brazilian English to everyone interested. I find it essential that the student is comfortable during the course and the class and subjects taught are pleasant to them. Having studied French for 3 years at the Alliance Française and 2 years English with a native tutor, I was able to observe the differences between the two systems. The first, focused on culture with focus on each content studied. The second, faster, efficient and demanding. I was able to combine the advantages and the methods of each course to combine them in order to develop a learning strategy that includes the best and the fastest ways to study. The course is divided into 5 stages: listening (audios), reading (texts, articles, books), oral (speaking), written (writing texts), audio-visual (watching videos, movie). Grammar, exercises and vocabulary are included, of course. The subjects of the given contents are according to the personal interest of each student, always as possible. Each course is personal and can be adapted to the student's purpose, whatever it may be: professional, tourism, cultural, etc.

Perfect! J'ai fait plusieurs cours avec Julia et j'ai vraiment apprécié, je fonctionne sur 2 h et cela passe très vite car les exercices sont variés, à l'écrit, à l'oral, grammaire, vidéos, musiques. Je suis bien accueilli à chaque fois, je recommande Julia, j'ai vraiment l'impression de progresser rapidement.

Recomendo demais a Julia. Muito conhecimento, profissionalismo e a melhor didatica que já tive durante anos. No inicio não sabia como seria capaz de aprender porém, apos algumas aulas, pude compreender melhor a didatica que ela ensinava e, apos alguns meses, tive uma evolução que não tive durante anos.
