I was really poor in mathematics in my high school time, my sister was very bright and we were in same school. So my teachers started to compare us and i was really upset. My mother taught me daily she was a teacher, nothing was worked but she was with me, never get angry with me. When I was in 10th we had a mathematics teacher, he was a good teacher for me. I just shared my problems with him because i want to get good score in mathematics, more than that I wanted to crack it. He began to teach me and worked hard and improved within 5 months and scored full mark in public exam. I still remember him. He is my inspiration to teach the students.

I will try to make the class more interesting, to make the students 100% attentive. Using animations, simple experiments, quiz...etc. related to syllabus. Surprise test, summarize the class by any students etc... Familiarisation of more question other than text book will increase their confidence.
