About Gabriela
I am a post-secondary student who has been doing yoga for six years and studying it for three. I am familiar with sanskrit, proper body alignment, breathing techniques, modifications and other aspects of a true yoga experience. I have taught yoga to beginners of all ages and believe that yoga is not strictly about flexibility and stretching.

My teaching methods include learning Sanskrit, different styles that suit individual needs, mantras, and moving at a consistent pace while doing challenging poses. Yoga is also about mental health and confidence which will be worked through with meditation, constant communication and trying a new pose every class.
