I am an Honors Health Sciences student at the University of Waterloo, specializing in Pre-Clinical Studies. I achieved 100% in university-level calculus and come from a long line of mathematics teachers. With experience tutoring high school chemistry and coursework in introductory chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and laboratory studies, I enjoy breaking down challenging concepts. I also help students strengthen their English, essay writing, grammar, and academic communication. I believe that every student has the potential for academic success, regardless of where they are starting. My approach is patient, encouraging, and entirely tailored to each individual's learning style. Rather than simply teaching to the test, I focus on:

Chemistry: Proficient across introductory chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and rigorous laboratory coursework, with hands-on experience tutoring high school chemistry students.
English & Communication: Skilled in helping students refine their essay writing, grammar, sentence structure, and academic communication skills.
Lesson Structure & Methodology
To maximize the value of every session, my tutoring process is highly collaborative and organized:
Pre-Planning: I review lesson plans and homework problems sent via email in advance to pinpoint exact areas of struggle.
Flexible Instruction: Depending on the student's needs, I either teach foundational concepts from scratch or dive directly into targeted problem-solving.
Collaborative Resources: I utilize a shared Google Drive where students can upload challenging topics throughout the week and access supplementary practice problems.
Availability & Flexibility
Mondays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesdays: All Day
Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fridays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: Anytime
Note: I understand that tests and assignments can create unexpected hurdles, so I am flexible in scheduling last-minute review sessions when urgent questions arise.
