About Caillee
I am a 3rd year Bachelor of Education student at Red Deer Polytechnic. I have lived in Central Alberta all my life, and plan to stay here once I finish my degree. I enjoy reading, running, biking, and anything else that doesn’t involve snakes or spiders!
I have recently completed my teaching practicum at Hunting Hills High School.
I believe all students have the right to access an education that is fitted to their needs. As someone with ADHD, I understand the struggles of succeeding in the school system. So I work hard to ensure each of my students gets what they need to do their best.

I provide individualized support for students with varying abilities. Meaning, I work with students to determine what methods and materials work best for them. If you are looking for additional support to class instruction and assignments, or have specific goals in mind, I am the right tutor for you! Having me as a tutor means having 1:1 access to a teacher for you or your child.
All lessons will be tailored to the individual seeking help. This way, we can get to the root of the problem, may it be writing or comprehension, and quickly get the student up to speed. I will listen to the individual first to pinpoint problem areas A typical session with me includes discussion of learning goals and support in identified areas or growth.
Because of my experience teaching, I have the ability to provide targeted support to areas students may be struggling with. My expertise is not limited to course content, I provide support for the skills you may want to work on (ex: essay writing, critical reading, understanding and completing assignments, reading comprehension, etc). I also help with general learning strategies (time & organization, test prep, getting the most of your accommodations, etc)
