About Kimberly
I am a previously certified Personal Fitness Trainer through both CanFitPro (2012-2015; GoodLife) and ACE (2015-2018; Elevated Learning Academy). I have worked at GoodLife as a Personal Trainer and my practicum was at World Health. I have experience creating and implementing personalised training regimens, including weight loss and nutrition advice.

While both certificates are expired, I still have the knowledge of the classes I took and my own experience training others and I would like to pass this knowledge onto those who need it. I like to get to know whomever I am helping, especially their day-to-day routines, and any sort of trigger they may have for negative behaviours. Please keep in mind that I am no longer certified for personal fitness training, but my knowledge and experience in weight loss and healthy eating are what I am advertising.

Details
I live South of Calgary, so if my travel takes me further than 40km (generally North of downtown) then I charge an additional $5 per lesson. My cancellation fee is $15 if the lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson. I will allow a single lesson to be rescheduled a total of two times.
