About Emma

I graduated from my undergraduate degree in Gaeilge and Psychology in 2023. I have successfully completed the TEG exam in 2023 (Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge).

I am currently on the second year of my Professional Masters in Primary Education in Mary Immaculate College. It has always been my dream to become a teacher. I get a real sense of joy seeing my students achieve their goals. I am extremely passionate about the Irish language. My biggest aim is to pass on my love for the Irish language onto my students.

About the lesson

Hi my name is Emma, I am a massive lover of the Irish language and have studied Gaeilge at university level. I have experience in teaching primary school Gailege grinds and secondary school Gaeilge grinds. I have also worked in both primary and secondary Gaelscoileanna

I enjoy teaching my lessons through fun and through activity. From my varied experience I have found active learning to be the most successful approach when teaching the Irish language to students.
