About Alex
I am a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant with over three years of classroom experience supporting children across KS1 and KS2. I hold a Master's degree and work full-time in a primary school, where I provide targeted academic support and intervention in Maths and core subjects.
I am particularly experienced in working with pupils who need additional explanation, structured practice, and confidence building to reach their potential. My approach is calm, patient and supportive, helping children feel comfortable asking questions and developing independence in their learning.
I understand the expectations of the primary curriculum and SATs assessments, and I tailor each session to the individual needs of the child.
My goal is not only to improve attainment, but also to strengthen confidence and enjoyment in learning.
