About Zoe

I am a professional dancer and yoga teacher from Vancouver, BC. I received a BFA from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee in 2019 in Contemporary Dance Performance and completed my RYT 200 Hour, Yoga Alliance Certified, yoga training in 2020.

About the lesson

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power styles of yoga and am able to incorporate elements of dance, fitness, and pilates due to my background. In these private sessions, I am able to assist with body alignment awareness, injury recovery, and gaining both strength and flexibility in certain areas of the body. My aim is to tailor these lessons specifically to you and your body, and will provide a questionnaire prior to your first session to get to know your goals and needs. I have studied anatomy and pedagogy practices throughout my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and am well equipped to guide you through our movement practice.
