About Rita
My name is Rita, I'm a second-year University student at Waterloo. Swimming has been a passion of mine since I was a child, and I believe it is an essential skill everyone should be taught.
I've swam competitively on my high school's Varsity team for 2 years, and have gone through Ontario's process of becoming a certified National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor. My credentials can be viewed on the official Lifesaving Society Website with the code BHS6MK.
I am experienced in working with children, adults, and people of all shapes and sizes. If you are looking for a non-judgmental personal trainer who will help you achieve your goals at the desired pace, this is for you.

About the lesson

- 1hr minimum per session, weekly. I do not offer the first 30 min free (superprof ad mandate)
- For any level of swimmer (non-swimmer, beginner, intermediate), any age and physical condition
- Years of competitive swimming experience and lifeguarding + instructing experience, so you are in good hands
- Patient and personalized experience, allowing you to learn at your own pace
