About Nathan

Hi, My name is Nathan, and I struggled for years with tension and psychological barriers limiting my voice. Through 12+ years of training and professional performance experience, working with some of the industry's finest voice teachers, music directors, and performers, I understand what healthy singing is, and how to teach it.

I hold Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Brigham Young University, and I've recently been seen in leading roles in mainstage musicals at Theatre Calgary (Beaches the Musical, Jimmy Buffett's Escape to Margaritaville).

- I strongly believe EVERYONE CAN AND SHOULD SING. The voice is a very versatile instrument and I love helping students sing what they once thought was impossible (male singers who think they can't sing high...I'm looking at you)!
- I specialize in musical theatre and pop mix/belt style. If you're a classical singer wanting to find that contemporary sound, I'm your guy.
- diagnose your sources of tension and provide tactical exercises to find ease in singing
-schedule a trial lesson and enjoy the first lesson free!
