About Ayla

I have taught thousands of yoga and meditation classes around the world: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Montreal, Mexico, & more. I have taught people of all ages, races, backgrounds, and financial statuses how to achieve their goals & find true well-being through yoga. Teacher at Modo Yoga Montreal Teacher at Pure Yoga Asia: Dr. Bali Yoga teacher training in Montreal. Studied Ayurveda (Indian medicine) and Iyengar yoga in India. Studied Traditional Chinese Medicine. 50Hrs of Katonah Yoga New York

About the lesson

I have taught over 10,000 students in my lifetime. Yoga has not only healed my own life, but I am shown again and again how it can transform the lives of others. Whether you want to eliminate your back pain, improve your mobility, or improve your focus and find peace of mind; I have the tools to help. (Message me if you're interested in advanced yoga sessions instead). I design each yoga session specifically to meet my students' needs. I have taught children to the elderly, pregnant people to those recovering from deep emotional situations. Our sessions will be specific to you, helping you achieve and embody exactly what it is you desire. With over 7 years of experience in teaching at some of the best yoga studios in the world, I am here to continue to share this practice that continues to enrich my life every day.
