About Ollie
I'm a music producer with over 10 years of experience writing, producing and releasing music. My work has been released through major labels including Warner Music, Universal Music, Armada Music and Heldeep Records. Alongside my own projects, I run the Olive Shed YouTube channel, where I share music production knowledge, Ableton tutorials and creative insights.
I specialise in House and Drum & Bass and enjoy helping producers of all levels develop their skills, whether they're just getting started or looking to take their tracks to a professional standard. My teaching combines practical, real world production techniques with a focus on creativity, workflow and building confidence as an artist.

My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, experience level and musical interests. Before each session, I take time to understand where you're at in your production journey so we can focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact.
Lessons are delivered 1-to-1 over Zoom and are suitable for complete beginners through to advanced producers. I specialise in Ableton Live and can help with production, arrangement, mixing, sound design, songwriting, music theory and workflow.
Where possible, I like to work directly on your projects, giving practical feedback and demonstrating techniques in real time. My aim is not just to teach individual skills, but to help you develop your own creative process and confidence as a producer.
I also provide support outside of lessons and am always happy to offer feedback on tracks between sessions.
