About Chirayu
Hello! I’m Prof. Chirayu Kadurkar, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology. With a strong academic foundation and a growing teaching experience of over one year, I am passionate about imparting knowledge in the field of food science and creating meaningful learning experiences for students at all levels.
I hold a Master’s degree in Food Technology and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in the same domain, with a focus on innovative approaches to food processing and preservation. My academic journey has been driven by a deep interest in understanding the science behind what we eat, how it's made, and how it can be improved for better nutrition, safety, and sustainability.
As an educator, I bring a versatile skill set and a student-centered approach to teaching. I specialize in a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to:
