About Tiffany
I am Tiffany, I have certified for a RYT200 Yoga teacher training in Thailand in 2019, and 30 hour Aerial Dance teacher training in Hong Kong in 2020. I have created a series of hatha yoga lessons for middle-age females in NGO and for the employees in a corporate. I have equipped with my professional background and teaching experiences for almost 3 years. Welcome to my classes and make sure you are ready to sweat and learn to love your body!
