About Manoj
I am a teacher with over 15 years experience in teaching ICT/Computing to all ages. Having excelled myself through both academic and vocational qualifications in computing, I am well skilled to provide the same to any student, teaching them not only the skills but also the ways to learn IT to become an independent student and be successful.
I have worked in education for 15 years , with a postgraduate certificate in further education and technology enhanced learning. I also teach study skills modules around study methods, finding and reading information, exam preparation and mathematics. This blend also allows me to embed study skills within my teaching
I have confidently taught students online at a variety of levels from GCSE, A-Level to Undergraduate, coaching them through intermediate to advanced level computing and also higher education using my own combination of zoom, whatsapp, face to face classroom and using the phone and screen captured tutorials.
I am competent with the use of ICT with communication technologies with students, and supporting them - I use a hybrid of online web casting software, virtual classrooms in zoom and email, and telephone to communicate with students but also create shared resources and a learning community
