About Ali

UCL Natural Sciences (with Honours) Graduate - modules taken were Biomedical Sciences, Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Maths. GEM Medical Student with having scored in the top 5% of GAMSAT takers. I have a rather extensive background in academia, and tutoring with several years experience teaching at GCSE, AS and A-Level - teaching for several years. Attended an exceptionally academically ranked secondary school, and ranked within the highest achievers - with A*s and A's across the board. I completed the British IGCSE and A-Level Curriculum.

About the lesson

My teaching style is laid-back and inclusive, designed to create a comfortable learning atmosphere. I understand that many students have faced anxiety with certain subjects, and I strive to make them feel at ease. I firmly believe in the value of all questions and encourage my students to speak up whenever they need clarification. Each student has unique learning needs, so I customise my methods accordingly. I employ a diverse range of techniques such as visual aids, auditory tools, memory exercises, and logical reasoning. Additionally, I share personal resources that have significantly contributed to my own success, aiming to provide the best support for every student.
