About Nikolai
With more than 20 years of experience as a violin tutor, I specialize in teaching college students who want focused and effective learning. I believe that strong fundamentals and smart practice lead to confident performance. My teaching approach combines creativity, accountability, and mentorship.
I focus on building correct posture, bow technique, finger accuracy, rhythm control, and intonation. I also encourage students to think critically about their playing and understand how to improve independently.
