Methodology

When it comes to dance, there are a lot of technical elements, but it is also an art form that is used for expression and is meant to be enjoyed. As a dance teacher, I strive to help each student thrive in their technical abilities, while still learning to express themselves through the art of dance and enjoy each and every movement.

Background

I have been dancing in many styles for 10 years and teaching for 3. I have a lot of experience teaching all different ages especially young children. I am currently training as a modern/contemporary dancer, so I am very skilled in ballet and improvisation.
