About Pitchure
Hi, I’m Evon—founder of Pitchure. A good portion of my career has focused on visual and graphic design while having significant involvement in marketing and creative strategy. My experience spans brands incl. CB2, Pepsi/Mountain Dew, Chick-fil-A, AMEX, Yahoo, Qualcomm/Snapdragon as well as a host of other great family-owned small businesses. After graduating from Parsons in 2013, I started working professionally as a graphic designer. Across 12+ years, and across different agencies, startups, and brands that I worked for, I learned different things, about many different things. Beyond design, I've been fortunate enough to realize that my larger passion lies in sharing information with others — ultimately nurturing the untapped gifts and talents of others.

Hi, I'm Evon Coleman, founder of Pitchure, a program that teaches kids and teens to master industry-standard visual & graphic design tools like Photoshop, Procreate, Figma, and more—while learning to think like creative leaders. Pitchure is designed to give students an in-depth, eye-opening experience: technical skills they can use right away, room to explore their own ideas, and a space where curiosity is celebrated. Each lesson is personalized to each student which means that each student's learning style and interests are built directly into the overall curriculum structure. I’ve spent the past 12 years as a professional designer, creating identity systems, motion graphics, websites, print, packaging, and more for enterprise-level brands all the way to family-owned small businesses. Across every gig, project, and round of client feedback, one thing remained true: the skills and knowledge I gained were mine forever. That’s why I started Pitchure: to pass along that same toolkit of creative insight, visual thinking, and hands-on expertise to the next generation of passionate students.
